THAT Slow Economic Forum this is a new event dedicated to reflections on more responsible and sustainable tourism. Designed as collaboration spaceit brings together experts from the tourism sector to study its impact on society. The purpose of this day of discussion is rethink economic models favoring a responsible and people-centred approach.
The SEF will take place on 11 October following the Francophonie’s meeting on tourism innovation, which will bring together speakers from France, Belgium, Quebec and Switzerland. Four thematic meetings will be organized based on the work of experts from the Francophonies de l’Innovation Touristique network. They will be enriched statements by the four main witnesses and through group discussions. The goal is to develop proposals and promising scenarios for tourism is more in line with nomadism and its benefits.
