Today, October 7, at approximately 08:20, the Russian Federation attacked Ukraine with three Kinzhals. One of the missiles hit near the Starokonstantinov airfield in the Khmelnitsky region.

Shelling of Ukraine on October 7
Today, October 7 at 08:26 an aircraft alert was announced in Ukraine. The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine recorded the take-off of a MiG-31K aircraft. Then it became known about quick goals that were on their way to Kyiv and Starokonstantinov. Soon an explosion occurred in the capitaland the Kyiv City State Administration reported the activation of the air defense.
In Kyiv under fire debris was recorded falling in a number of areas:
- Solomensky district – debris damaged the roof of a multi-storey residential building. In particular, another fell on school grounds and others in open spaces;
- Goloseevsky district – a piece of debris fell on the roof of a car;
- Shevchenko district – fell in an open area.
Also on the night of October 7, Russia attacked Ukraine:
- Iskander-M ballistic missile;
- guided aircraft missile X-59;
- a missile of unknown type;
- attack UAVs.
Air defense managed to destroy two Kinzhal missiles and 32 enemy drones.
