From Irish citizenship, in Economics from Leicester and an MBA from Lancaster University., Paul Mulcahy has, to his credit, Over twenty years of experience in developing business strategy, corporate restructuring and driving growth in the hospitality and tourism sectors.
Previously at Mövenpick Hotels & Resortswhere he served as Senior Vice President of the Commercial Division, he played a decisive role in developing a strategy that contributed significantly to the group’s global turnover. He also successfully led the company’s commercial and digital transformation, including the relocation of the commercial department to Dubai.
Prior to this experience at Mövenpick, Paul Mulcahy was Group Sales Director at Pierre & Vacances – CenterParcs Group, where he oversaw marketing, digital distribution, CRM campaigns and call centers.
Paul Mulcahy was also General Manager of HotelClub in the EMEA region for international online travel company Orbitz.com (now owned by Expedia.com). He was also director of e-commerce at InterContinental Hotels Group.
Prior to joining The Lux Collective, he was Managing Director, North America at RCI (part of Travel + Leisure Co, a leading $3,000 global travel company).
