According to local channels, a Russian drone hit a high-rise building. Some wrote that the UAV only touched the roof and did not fly straight in. After this a fire broke out. Footage posted online shows a fire on the roof.
At the same time, KOVA denied the information and clarified that the fire was caused by falling UAV debris.
“In one of the settlements in the region, as a result of falling debris from a downed enemy target, the roof of a 25-story residential building caught fire,” said the head of KOVA, Ruslan Kravchenko.
He added that there was no information on casualties or deaths. Now the operational service is evacuating people and has also started to eliminate the consequences of the attack. The fire is already contained.
Kravchenko also added that more detailed information will be provided later.
