In the video, a soldier from the Vyshgorod RTCC with the call sign “Bender” said that the military saw that the police needed help and decided to help them.
“We were on patrol, we saw that the police needed help and decided to help because this is our job responsibility. During this we tried to open the door because he was closed and did not want to perceive anything,” he said.
According to him, TCC employees also decided to find out what happened to the man’s registration documents in the car.
“The police released some kind of gas, and he set it on fire. You saw for yourself what kind of flames it was. Then an acquaintance of this person came and she (ed.) got out of the car. as he explained, he set fire to it so they don’t breathe gas,” said “Bender.”
