Ilziqat said the network sent victims large sums of money to multiple addresses, worked for Delivery, a delivery company in Nablus, and sent them through sponsored electronic communication sites and non-Palestinian phone numbers. He went on to say that by intensifying search, investigation and surveillance operations at suspicious locations, the investigating police were able to arrest two girls and two youths and bring them to the General Police Directorate, where their statements were taken.
